Description

Join us this Friday evening for a taste of Spain by the sea! We’re bringing the fiesta to The Old Custom House terrace in Penarth with a pop-up Cava & Tapas Party – the perfect way to kick off the weekend.

🎟 Tickets: £50 per pair (£25 per person)

Each ticket for two includes:

🍷 A bottle of Casa Martinez Seleccion Especial Circell Cava Brut NV, 100% Eco Organic and Vegan

🥘 A selection of delicious tapas to share.

🎧 Live DJ bringing the holiday vibes.

Extra food, wine and drinks will be available to purchase on the night, so come hungry and ready to party.

This is a shared table event with a relaxed, social atmosphere, think Spanish fiesta style: good music, great food, flowing drinks, and friendly faces. Individual tables won’t be allocated, so come prepared to mingle, enjoy and celebrate with others.

Cava & Tapas Pop-Up Party – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Tickets

Tickets are sold in pairs only (minimum 2 people per booking).
Each ticket for two people includes: 1 bot of Cava, a selection of tapas to share, and access to the event with a live DJ.
Additional food and drinks will be available to purchase separately on the night.

2. Event Time & Location

The event takes place on Friday 20th June 2025, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, on the terrace at The Old Custom House, Penarth.
Please arrive on time to make the most of your evening.

3. Seating & Atmosphere

Seating is shared and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at communal tables.
No private or individual tables will be allocated.
This is a relaxed, social event in the style of a Spanish fiesta — mingling and interaction are encouraged!

4. Weather

This is an outdoor terrace event. In the case of severe weather, we will do our best to relocate or adjust accordingly, but we advise dressing suitably for the conditions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Name changes or transfers must be requested by email at least 24 hours before the event.

6. Responsible Drinking

We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Please bring valid ID.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

7. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

A variety of tapas will be served, but if you have specific dietary needs or allergies, please contact us in advance to check suitability.
